What you'll do
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies and campaigns for the CIS region to drive user growth and engagement.
- Manage and expand relationships with local KOLs, communities, and partners.
- Oversee online and offline marketing initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and collaborations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI.
- Work closely with the global marketing, BD, and product teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
- Lead and mentor the CIS marketing team to achieve KPIs and long-term growth.
What you'll need
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the crypto, fintech, or tech industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of the CIS crypto market and its community ecosystem.
- Strong network with CIS-based KOLs, media, and communities is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (both required).
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and data-driven decision-making.
